The Department of Finance and Services (DFS) invites written comments on the proposals and issues set out in this Discussion Paper, Review of NSW Government Procurement.
The consultation period will run from 24 January to 29 February 2012 inclusive.
The Discussion Paper is available in the key documents section on this website.
Once you have read the document there are a couple of ways you can participate in this consultation:
- Submit a formal written submission and upload it to this website via our submission page or post it to us at :

- Post your comments and ideas on our forum page
- Go to our Register for updates page and fill in your email address if you want to receive updates and advice on further consultation activities that are under consideration.
Of course, you can choose one method or all three.
Please note that submissions are subject to the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. Submissions made in response to this paper will be made public unless the submission is clearly marked confidential.
